Kim has been featured in CNN.Money; Fortune Magazine; Smart Money; USA Today; TheStreet.com and Associated Press, among others. Having worked previously as a Chief of Staff for CEOs at the C-level in banking and finance, her track record shows she understand exactly what executives face “day-to-day”, both professionally and personally. Her coaching methods are proven to dramatically improve communication and listening skills, as well as uncover and reform limiting behavior. Kim often assists those seeking promotions, as well as career changes.

Her twenty-plus years of experience in image branding and consulting on impressions effectively prepares interviewees and presenters with the powerful tools they need to get the immediate results they seek. Kim also teaches influencing skills, as well as creative problem-solving solutions. Three years ago, after having completed a life changing personal development course, Kim Ann Curtin chose to leave her position in banking and finance after nine years, to open The Coach Shoppe to empower leaders through coaching.

In October of 2008, Kim began taking her coaching directly to the steps of the NYSE for two reasons, first to offer assistance to those who might have fallen victim to the recent market downtown, and second, to get a ground-level assessment of the changing needs of future prospects. The Wall Street Coach was launched specifically to work with those in finance, utilizing many of the insights gained.

Kim facilitates two monthly workshops at 24 Seven Inc. a creative talent agency. Her course topics include; Your Hero’s Journey & Career Transition. Her most recent talk was at The Learning Annex’s 2009 MoneyFest with Suze Orman and Donald Trump.

She also writes two magazine columns for The Mann Report and Mann on the Street. Detail-oriented, polished and discreet, Kim’s coaching style is also pragmatic with a “can do” approach. She is also a well-traveled art enthusiast and a voracious reader.
